Refund Policy

General Rules

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, and you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unopened and unused. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  3. If the defect is due to an initial failure, we will refund all costs incurred at the time of purchase. We will bear the shipping costs for returning the product. Please return the product with the shipping cost paid on delivery.
  4. In the case of a return or exchange for the customer's own reason (wrong image, wrong order, etc.), we will refund half of the purchase price. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs.
  5. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@artsupplies.jp within 30 days. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with information on where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if it is defective or damaged or you received the wrong item.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Merchandise

  1. Certain products, such as perishables (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (special order products, personalized products, etc.), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.), cannot be returned.
  2. We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  3. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
