Shipping Policy

1. Shipping is free worldwide for all purchases.　(Shipping charges may apply for some areas and remote areas.)
2. The couriers we use include FedEx, EMS, UPS, and DHL.
3. We usually ship within 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.
4. Please note that the purchase price does NOT cover import taxes, customs duties, and other local fees that your delivery may incur. These are different for each country, and we have no control over them. Please consult your local customs authority for details.
5. Our products are often required by customs (TSCA) in North America and Canada, so we will process your order as if you had authorized us to do so when you placed your order.
